Findings: During the inspection and through employee interviews, it was found that employees were provided with the required training for forklifts before operating them. NO CITATION ISSUED. Alleged hazard: The employer does not enforce the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and high visibility vests within the facility. Findings: During the inspection and through employee interviews, it was found that personal protective equipment was enforced at the facility. NO CITATION ISSUED. Alleged hazard: Eyewash stations are not being maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Findings: During the inspection and through employee interviews, it was found that the eye wash stations were being maintained as required. NO CITATION ISSUED. Alleged hazard: The bathroom sink water is too hot for employees to use for washing their hands. Findings: During the inspection and through employee interviews, it was found that employees were not aware of any bathroom sinks that had water too hot to wash their hands. NO CITATION ISSUED. Alleged hazard: The employer has not enforced protective measures such as proper mask use and physical distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19 within the facility. Findings: During the inspection and through employee interviews, it was found that the employer did enforce the use of the masks and encouraged physical distancing at the facility. NO CITATION ISSUED.
