Approximately 200 employees are exposed to health hazards associated with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, in that the employer is not implementing Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines including face masks, quarantining employees with COVID-19, social distancing and advising co-workers when they may have been exposed to a contagious individual. Location: Throughout the store 2. Approximately 200 employees are exposed to health hazards associated with E Coli, Diverticulitis and H Pylori, in that the employer has not had the ice machine cleaned after it has been named as the source of multiple bacterial infections. Location: Employee breakroom 3. Approximately 200 employees are exposed to Slips, trips and falls, in that the employer has not repaired multiple roof leaks for about a year. Location: Aisle 17-22 in grocery and grocery receiving area 4. Approximately 200 employees are exposed to safety and health hazards, in that the employer has not repaired ladder carts that are missing screws, wheels are damaged and unstable, that are used by employees to pull merchandise.
