Located at the Walmart Supercenter on Lynnhaven Pkwy., the employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace, in that, 1. The employer is not determining which employees have been exposed to employees who have tested positive to the Coronavirus. (No contact tracing, interviews, exposure assessment, or system to identify employees within close contact of employee testing positive, are being conducted.) 2. The employer's own employees who may have been exposed to known to be infected employees with the Coronavirus are not being notified of exposure. 3. Employees testing positive for the Coronavirus are not allowed to communicate testing results to their associates/employees, or associates they have had close contact with. 4. Employees who have had extended contact with an associate/employee who tested positive for the Coronavirus are told not to quarantine. 5. Employees testing positive for the Coronavirus are not reported to the Virginia Department of Health.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 1
