1. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(3)(B)(3) - Management not notifying employees of all COVID-19 exposures (only some employees are notified). Employees concerned with potential exposure to COVID-19 in the workplace. 2. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(3)(B)(4) - Employees are not offered COVID-19 testing after notification of exposures. 3. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(5) - Employer has not provided effective training to employees regarding COVID-19 hazards. 4. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(6) - Employer not enforcing physical distance protocol in the workplace - there are too many boxes on the aisles and backroom. 5. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(8)(C) - Employer not cleaning properly as per COVID-19 requirements. Bathrooms, breakrooms, countertops, payment machines, shopping carts are not sanitized. 6.
