On or about April 8, 2021, employees were working at a site located at 54 New Haven Road in Prospect, CT; and, the employer did not have engineering controls, work practices, and/or personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols in place to minimize exposure to COVID-19 as follows: 1. The employer has not developed implemented COVID-19 policies and procedures to evaluate the working conditions, employee exposures, required personal protective equipment (PPE) for worksite where workers may be exposed to COVID-19. 2. The employer is allowing positive COVID-19 workers and suspect COVID-19 psitive workers to continue working along with performing work at various construction sites exposing other workers/employees to COVID-19. 3. The employer is not providing personal protective equipment (PPE) to workers to prevent the spread of COVID-19.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 3
