Item #1: Employees are being exposed to biohazard, in that, there is no biohazard bags available in the store. Item #2: Employees are being exposed to COVID 19, in that, COVID 19 swaps are being transferred from one location to another without being stored in a closed container. Item #3: Employees are being exposed to COVID 19, in that, t-shirts, plastic aprons and face shields are being reused. Item #4: Employees are being exposed to COVID 19, in that, equipment that use being used for COVID 19 testing in not properly sanitized.
