1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to creating administrative controls to reduce and eliminate the potential exposure of the employees who have worked with other employees that have reported to the employer that they have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. Employees in the call center do not wear masks while at work, and the employer has not conducted contact tracing after employees report they have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to disinfecting high touch surfaces in order to reduce the probability of employees contracting the COVID-19 virus. The employer does not provide the employees with disinfectant so that the headsets used and shared by all employees of the call center can be disinfected between users.
