There have been 3 confirmed covid 19 cases in 12 hours yet the VOA is not doing it's part by testing those who have had contact with those who have tested positive. People are packed in the facility on the 3rd floor where it is impossible to socially distance. There are 72 beds in the 3rd floor with only 6 empty beds. People live in a roughly 4060 open studio style environment. The beds are only 3ft apart and they share one common bathroom. Several residents are showing symptoms yet the VOA chooses to ignore the issue. There is one broom and mop that is used in the bathroom as well as in the bed and living area. Half the toilets don't work. People are without proper cleaning supplies and staff regularly water down the hand sanitizer when it gets low. Temp checks are not performed regularly and have been altered by staff. People's safety is being jeopardized in order for the VOA to gain financially during a serious outbreak.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-09-14
