Note: Complainant was told by Nursing Director to remove her protective gear and use a disposable surgical mask. Several of complainant's coworkers are in the ICU and one died last week (week of 6-29-2020) The complainant also had COVID-19.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
