1. Employees in the Respiratory Therapist Group did not receive fit testing on an annual basis. 2. Qualitative fit testing is not being done following the protocols listed in OSHAs respiratory protection standard. 3. Employees failed their fit tests and were instructed to continue to wear the respirator that they used during the fit test procedure. Additional item received 1/6 4.
