The employer is not following OSHA and CDC guidelines for protecting employees during the covid-19 pandemic, including: - Barriers are not installed to separate employees from customers at the payment station. - Common touch points and hard surfaces are not disinfected regularly. - face coverings are not required to be worn. 2. The employer was notified that an employee tested positive for Covid-19 and will not allow the infected employee and all other employees exhibiting symptoms quarantine as required by the State of NH and the employee's physician.
