About 100 employees work at this location. There is a COVID-19 outbreak where at least 25 employees have tested positive within the last week or so. I have already contacted the Los Angeles County Department of Public health who referred caller to DOSH. this is a retail supermarket. Have not been provided a copy of Appendix A but its posted. Social distancing is being practiced as far as I know. They do limit the number of customers in to the store. I have access to hand sanitizer. Hand washing facilities are available in the restrooms. ER is providing facial coverings. ER requiring customers to wear facial coverings while inside the store. Employees have not been instructed what to do if they are sick or symptomatic. I tested negative last week but I have diabetes. all my coworkers tested positive. ER is sanitizing the store inadequately.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
