Item No.1: An employee was not required to wear a face mask during working hours while at the office. This could result in employees being exposed to the n-coronavirus. Item No.2: Regulated waste was not placed in containers which are labeled or color-coded in accordance with paragraph (g)(1)(i) this standard which states "Warning labels shall be affixed to containers of regulated waste, refrigerators and freezers containing blood or other potentially infectious material; and other containers used to store, transport or ship blood or other potentially infectious materials". Item No.3: Disposal of all regulated waste was not in accordance with applicable regulations of the United States, States and Territories, and political subdivisions of States and Territories.
