Located at Velocity Urgent Care (Wards Corner), the employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace in that: 1. The employer is not enforcing social distancing between employees working at the reception and medical station areas. 2. The employer did not install physical barriers where they could mitigate in the transmission of COVID-19. 3. The employer did not post COVID-19 hazard signage where required. 4. The employer provides and requires employees to use N95 respirators and did not conduct fit testing for employees. 5. The employer did not provide employees training on the types of PPE required to conduct their job or how to properly don/doff PPE. 6. The employer did not ensure the break room was configured to promote social distancing. 7. The employer does not conduct employee pre-shift monitoring or surveying for COVID-19 symptoms. 8. The employer does not provide employees with COVID-19 testing free of charge after a workplace exposure. 9. Frequently touched surfaces are not being disinfected.
