1) Employer requires employees to lift product weighing in excess of 50 lbs. without assistance onto pallets in the picking area. This presents a potential ergonomic hazard. 2) Pallets are stacked in an unsafe and unsecure manner prior to moving into the truck trailers. Pallets occasionally fall over or collapse which presents a potential struck by hazard for employees. 3) The employer has not maintained a clean and sanitary workspace as evidenced by the presence of mold on the warehouse walls and in several truck trailers. 4) The employer's COVID-19 prevention program is not adequate in that it does not ensure that employees that have been potentially exposed to another employee showing symptoms of COVID-19 are separated and sent home.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 15
