1) Locking interior exit and exterior exit door with employees still in the building on numberous occasions. 2) The main building: front and lobby doors are locked in such a way that they can prevent employee access to restrooms and emergency exits. 3) Fire extinguishers have not been checked in years. 4) Manager is hoarding masks, hand sanitizer, other PPE in their office and will not provide these supplies to employees.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-22
