T8CCR 5152(a)- Metal and composite pedestal grinding wheel (2 each) have no particulate recovery system causing grinding materials to become airborne and settle on lunchroom tables and freestanding and uncovered food products for purchase. T8CCR 5151(a)(2)- Media/sand blasting cabinet has no recovery system to collect hazardous material. Particulate becomes airborne and contaminates building and settles on area identified in item 1 above. T8CCR 2340.16(a)- Building electrical circuit breaker, and equipment emergency shut off box levers access paths are obstructed and lacking 3 feet of clear space throughout facility. T8CCR 5152(a)- Free standing food and snack concession store is located in shop area, next to flammable/hazardous materials storage cabinets. Food products for sale also become contaminated with hazardous materials from airborne shop contaminates during grinding and sanding. T8CCR 3205(c)- Open air store products are continuously handled by shop employees with dirty, contaminated and/or potentially COVID-19 infected hands. Employee can be observed handling food products and putting them back on the shelves, and in the food products for sale refrigerators. T8CCR 3366(d)- One lunchroom used by Aircraft Maintenance, Pilots, Flight Operations and Garage/Motor Pool employees is located directly across from Men's restroom which is frequently out of soap and paper towels. Employees exit restroom directly into lunchroom and handle food concession products. No standard/jurisdiction- There is no sanitation rating for the Food Products Store. ie. A, B, or C ratings.
