1 There is an outbreak of Covid-19 illness in this facility. Out of a total of approximately 200 employees, thirty ( 30 ) employees who work during the twilight sort, sixty ( 60 ) employees who work during the midnight sort, and thirty ( 30 ) employees during the day shift, are sick with Covid-19. 2 Employees who are Covid-19 positive, and symptomatic with fever, coughing, and sneezing, are coming to work during all shifts, in the hub, sorting areas, and the offices. 3 In the feeder department office, 5 employees sick with Covid-19 including two supervisors came to work sick, between January 11 to January 22, 2021. These symptomatic workers infected other employees they were in close contact with, who are now themselves sick with Covid-19. 4 Employees are not social distancing. The employer is not enforcing social distancing rules and policies. 5 In the hub employees are not wearing face mask coverings. The employer is not enforcing face mask covering rules and policies. 6 Employees that could telework are not allowed to telework, in an office where positive employees have come to work sick,and infecting other employees with Covid-19. 7 Employees are not screened for fever or symptoms upon entry into the facility. The employer has asked employees to download and use a prescreening smartphone application to self check or report temperatures and symptoms, but employees are not even doing that. 8 There is no hand sanitizer bottles in the offices, nor the hub or sorting areas.1 week ago •reported by user-dwdjh831 • details
