T8CCR 3203(a)(4) Production and Labor Standards Implemented by the employer do not sufficiently address the health and safety protections required to protect employees against the hazards of potential Covid-19 infection. The employer's standards of protection were implemented without sufficient effort to ensure that the standards were sufficient. This lack of sufficient implementation puts workers at extreme and unacceptable risk for being infected by Covid-19, as well as their families. Employer doe not practice social distancing.
