T8CCR 3205(c)(6)- There was an indoor assembly on 8/11/21 and 60-70% of the staff and students were not wearing masks. An email was sent the prior week notifying all parents that masks will be optional even though there may be unvaccinated students currently attending school. The no mask policy goes against the Governor and Public Health Department which required people to wear masks indoors.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
