Employees are exposed to residents with COVID in several locations throughout Georgia without adequate personal protective equipment (PPE). The employer is not providing face shields, face mask or disinfectant spray for the staff. Employees have to provide their own face mask. Employees are coming to work sick and the regional director is not following CDC guidelines for quarantine, PPE, training, etc. The homes and equipment are not being properly cleaned. The employer does not have an effective COVID program. The locations include, but are not limited to: 649 Catrina Ct.
