'- Knowingly having staff reuse papr hoods that have been used for over 9 months. Having respiratory therapy staff share these. Almost all of them are falling apart but yet we are still having to use them. - Not providing staff with proper storage area for those papr's *having staff use "surgical masks" that are marked not for medical use on the package and then clearly marking that part out with black markers so staff dont notice it. - Not notifying staff that have been exposed to positive patients. - Telling staff that even if they are symptomatic they are suppose to come to work the entire respiratory therapy department are affected by this easily 50 staff members, however all hospital staff are also affected.
