1.) Several employees recently tested positive for COVID-19 after being in the workplace and interacting with other employees. Employees who were exposed to the COVID-19 positive employees were not informed of their potential exposure by the employer. Additionally, no employees were instructed to quarantine after their exposures to the positive employees. 2.) The areas of the facility where the COVID-19 positive employees frequently worked has not been sanitized and disinfected according to CDC guidelines.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 15
