T8CCR 3205- In December of 2020, HR let a COVID-19 confirmed employee come to work. When HR was questioned, they responded by saying to be quiet about it. T8CCR 3380(f)- The HR manager is not wearing a safety vest when going into the warehouse when it is a requirement for all employees to wear a safety vest when entering the warehouse. T8CCR 3668(a)- Forklift operators are not licensed to operate the forklifts. The HR manager had the operators demonstrate understanding of use of the forklift, but did not check the license. Locations: Warehouse and OfficeAlleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 1

The add presents itself as QVC. A reputable company. They claim to have delivered the folding chairs I ordered. No image, or delivery to my location ever occurred. It’s a scam!

Thought I was ordering clothes from JCPenney. Waited over one month and got a notice that it was delivered, but nothing has ever been received. I am now disputing the charge on my credit card. Whileer is offering 60% refund. That is also a scam as noted online when you look up JCP USA&CA
