T8CCR 3205- In December of 2020, HR let a COVID-19 confirmed employee come to work. When HR was questioned, they responded by saying to be quiet about it. T8CCR 3380(f)- The HR manager is not wearing a safety vest when going into the warehouse when it is a requirement for all employees to wear a safety vest when entering the warehouse. T8CCR 3668(a)- Forklift operators are not licensed to operate the forklifts. The HR manager had the operators demonstrate understanding of use of the forklift, but did not check the license.
