1. There is concern about the cleanliness of the drinking water and ice being provided to employees in the coolers. The coolers are not cleaned on a regular basis. Water and ice are carried in plastic bags and dumped into the coolers. In addition, the persons that are handling the water and ice do not wash their hands or wear gloves. 2. There are many cases of COVID-19 in the plant. The employer is not ensuring that work areas are wiped down and sanitized. 3. Grease accumulates on the floors of some lines causing slipping hazards.
