1. A manager tested positive for COVID-19 and returned to work November 1st. They did not stay off the recommended 10-14 days. No one was notified. 2. Employees started feeling sick after working with the manager. 3. The manager was pulling their mask down while talking, not wearing it in the back of the restaurant, coughing, and touching food with their bare hands and continued to work showing full signs of having COVID-19 4. Employees are not getting notified of positive cases and feel they are getting COVID-19 from work. They are not conducting contact tracing. 5.
