There is currently an outbreak of COVID-19 at the facility. On the first floor, 8 of 21 employees are out of the office with the virus. 1. The employer has not given any indication that the other employees should quarantine, despite that all 21 employees are in close contact with one another. 2. There have been no cleaning measures put in place to disinfect the workplace. 3. Protocols are not being followed and quarantine measures are not being put into place by the employer. Employees have been directed to return to work following rapid tests taken within a short period of time from exposure and before 10-14 days after testing positive.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-08-25
