The Senior Employee Relations Officer instructed an employee to violate their quarantine period in order to pick up their paycheck, and threatened them with disciplinary action or other ramifications if they declined to do so. The wear of masks is not being enforced in the facility. Employees are not trained on how to properly utilize "Buckshot" degreaser and what PPE is required, as some employees have stated they have had swollen, red hands and soreness after prolonged use.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 200
