An employee was sick for the past two weeks and the employer was aware. The employer did not tell other employees that it was a possible COVID-19 case. Employees did not wear masks and were not given any indication that the affected employee was tested. Management peronnel stated that they checked temperatures, and that the employee did not have COVID-19. All employees were exposed because of the employer's neglect. The employee did not stay out of work until a positive result was received. There is only one restroom in the warehouse, and the affected employee used it, as well as all other employees.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-07-26
