Town and country encourages us to work even if we have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for the coronavirus. If we tell them we are going under MANDATORY quarantine, they say, as long as we aren't showing symptoms we can still work. They do not understand that asymptomatic spread exists. Town and Country also is not stopping people from coming in who don't wear a mask. And the cashiers and employees are not allowed to deny service for not wearing a mask.
