Tomahawk facility: The employer is not implementing safety practices to protect its employees from the spread of SARS-CoV-2 such as, but not limited to: 1. Screening employees temperature and assessing symptoms prior to starting work; 2. Providing barricades or other means of protection to the bus operators from the passengers; 3. Enforcing the agency mask mandated when social distancing is not use during work; 4. Notifying employees when they may have been exposed to COVID-19, but maintaining confidentiality as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 30
