The factory has turned off the fans used to cool down staff while using face masks due to COVID-19. This is causing staff to have health issues, such as heat exhaustion and coughing blood while working. The plant is not providing hourly breaks for staff to remove their masks and instead are letting them work for 2 hours at a time in the heat with faces masks.
