Used coolant mixed in used oil tank, multiple oil filters and open fluids bottles in the dumpster(at all MO & IL locations I have worked both states. Loose tires on parking lot and in alley. Old drums in parking lot. Fire extinguishers and exit signs have not been inspected by authorized uniform and safety provider since 2019(No records will be found at most locations). Car parts and sometimes batteries are thrown in dumpster. PPE aren't being worn in the workplace. Safety glasses in the shop for technicians or guests. Employees are not wearing proper work shoes. Masks are not worn by all customers or employees. Used oil filter crusher not available in shop. Minimum of 4 employeesAlleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 20
