1. Six "Bull-gang" coworkers, all on the same crew, contracted COVID-19 around the same time in November 2020. None of these cases were recorded on the company's OSHA 300 Log. 2. COVID-19 precautions are not being enforced in that barriers have not been put up in the break area to aid in social distancing.
