1. The work trucks do not have proper hydration set ups for employees. 2. There are no job site hazard sheets. 3. Employees are instructed to work around power lines even though employees do not have line clearance training. 4. Employees do not follow minimum approach distances. 5. There are no COVID-19 precautions in place. 6. There is not a trained first aid person on site. 7. Management instructs employees to work on the shoulder of the road with the truck in the road blocking a lane with no high visibility and no flaggers for traffic. 8.
