1. Employees operating forklifts within the Warehouses and Loading Docks were not trained to drive them. Operators are speeding through the Warehouse and came close to hitting employees. 2. Employees operating the pneumatic sanders are not provided ear plugs in the area where the solar panels are stored. Employees are exposed to loud noises coming the sanders and the air compressors. 3. A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, disinfecting and sanitizing, social distancing, personal protective equipment, informing employees of possible exposure, employee return to work and employee training.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-04
