1. There is construction going on in the facility while employees are still working. This is causing the following hazards: - Construction debris, product and machinery in walkways, which is causing a trip hazard. - The same items are being stacked in front of and are blocking access to the fire extinguishers and electrical panels. - Exits are being blocked. 2. There have been multiple employees in the facility showing symptoms of or testing positive for COVID-19.
