1. Employees are concerned that unvaccinated employees are being unfairly treated because of the new policy that unvaccinated employees would be subjected to periodic mandatory COVID-19 testing. The employer would not pay for the testing and employees would be responsible for all costs incurred by testing. 2. Members of the public can smoke and vape in the facility and employees are concerned they could be exposed to COVID-19. 3. Plexiglass barriers that were in place to protect employees have been removed in various locations on the property. 4. Guests are not required to wear masks regardless of their vaccination status.
