1) The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a) Employees that are known or suspected to be infected with COVID-19 are allowed to report to and remain at work. b) Employees were not notified of covid positive cases in the workplace in accordance with §16VAC25-220. c) Common and shared workspaces were not cleaned and disinfected following the exposure of COVID positive employees. d) The employer has failed to report covid positive employees to the Virginia Department of Health and the Virginia Department of Labor in accordance with §16VAC25-220. 2) The employer has failed to report employee hospitalization(s) that result from a workplace incident/exposure with §1904.39.

day as I watch cable television I scanned the QR code as it says, and the companies name is supposed to be bright fire. Advertising a rechargeable, USB ported, electric plasma, lighter that requires no fuel, only electricity I got a cheap China torch lighter in the instructions are in the size of a credit card and it is all in Chinese writing.
