1.Employer is not following respiratory guidelines in that they are not fit-testing employees required to wear face masks. 2. Employer is not following CDC Covid-19 guidelines for Nursing and Assisted Living Homes in that they are not identifying and assigning employees to only care for Covid-19 positive residents for the duration of the shift and instead requiring them to work on all floors. 3. Employer is not following CDC Covid-19 guidelines for Nursing and Assisted Living Homes in that they are not providing a separate bathroom, break room, and work/office area away from staff that are not working with Covid-19 positive or suspected residents.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 1
