A Patient Care Representative tested positive for COVID-19 on January 4, 2022 and continued to work on January 4 and January 5, 2022 exposing their co-workers to SARS-CoV-2 while working in close proximity ringing out patients. Patient Care Representatives work in close proximity to each other while ringing out patients without barriers in between them. 2. Patient Care Representatives greet and work with patients on the salesfloor whom the employer does not require to wear a face mask during times of high or substantial transmission potentially exposing the Patient Care Representatives to SARS-CoV-2.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2022-01-05
