1) Employees are not quarantining after exposure to COVID-19. On or about 07/19/2021, a classroom was sent home due to a positive COVID-19 case however the employees exposed were not quarantining. 2) Students are allowed to enter the school with symptoms of COVID-19 exposing employees to the disease. 3) Social distancing among employees and students is not maintained.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 2
