One of our staff began coughing and complaining of a sore throat and body aches on Thursday, March 25th. Multiple staff alerted management that night, yet she was allowed to work until the weekend of April 3rd and 4th. She complained of symptoms almost every day she worked and wasn't forced to get tested until Tuesday, April 6th. She would lie on her pre-shift COVID symptom checklist or disregard it all together, which multiple staff complained about as well. Her test came back positive today (April 8th), and all 21 of our other staff have been exposed. She works both front of house and back of house positions interchangeably, so she's been close to everyone. Both our front of house and back of house managers were alerted from the first day, and yet she was allowed to work and expose other staff and guests for almost two weeks.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-04-08
