It was reported to OSHA that the employer has failed to notify staff that detainees were COVID-19 positive, resulting in the exposure of staff to COVID-19 and that employees sometimes do not maintain social distancing. This is contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSHA Act. 2. It was reported to OSHA that the employer does not provide employees access to bathrooms in the south medical unit.
