An employee who tested positive for COVID-19 worked prior to testing positive. The restaurant managers nor owners made the employees or customers aware of a positive case in which the individual had been in contact with pretty much everyone. Employees exposed to COVID-19 have not been tested and are continuing to work. Protocols to protect employees are not being held and since management/owners did not tell anyone then the restaurant is still operating as nothing has happened.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-05-29
