Throughout the facility: 1. The employer has not implemented effective work practices that would protect employees from exposure to the SARS CoV-2 virus. 2. The employer has not effectively implemented and trained employees on the Emergency Action Plan. On or about April 3, 2021, an incident occurred where a refrigeration unit exploded resulting in employee injury. 3. Recordable injuries have not been entered on the 300 logs. On or about April 3, 2021, an incident occurred where a refrigeration unit exploded resulting in employee injury. 4. The Employer does not provide employees with adequate PPE. Employees are purchasing PPE such as but not limited to slip resistant boots. 5. The employees are exposed to hazards of being struck by falling objects from crates and trays that are stacked to unsafe and unstable levels. 6. At the assembly lines, employees are exposed to hazards such as but not limited to inadequate machine guarding.Employees Exposed: 20
