1) The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to persons/patrons wearing face coverings while in the Employer's establishment. Patrons are allowed to keep their face covering off after eating, drinking, or smoking in the casino areas while interacting with employees. 2) The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to following CDC guidelines for employees who have had close contact (within 6 feet for 15 minutes or longer) with an individual who tested positive for COVID-19. The employer is not informing employees that have been in close contact with another employee that has tested positive for COVID-19. 3) The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to following CDC guidelines for sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. Several employees have tested positive for COVID-19 in recent weeks and the employer has not implemented or increased sanitizing per CDC guidelines.
