1. Clients are not required to wear masks while onsite. 2. Access to hand sanitizer is limited. 3. Staff is not required to wear face masks while onsite. 4. The approach is 'On the Honor system'. Clients upon entry answer COVID questions and remarkably, all are permitted to enter. 5. Staff randomly wear masks. Response has been to mask up as one sees fit or if the client isn't vaccinated. Security staff nor numerous other staff members, do not routinely enforce that clients wear a face mask. 6. There have already been numerous COVID infections of the staff at the facility since the Pandemic started. Concern is that the random enforcement of mask-wearing among incoming clients and staff, is increasing covid transmission risk and reduction of available/healthy staff. 7.
