Employees are experiencing upper respiratory illnesses and other illnesses to include COVID-19/SARs, in that, the Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system located within the original school building is not compliant with the latest and most current CDC and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) guidelines for respiratory/ aerosol particulate filtration/ disaffection, and to include adequate/ recommend levels of Temperature, CO2, O2, CO, and humidity.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 50
