1. There have been a number of individuals who have admitted to being COVID-19 positive in the last few months as well as individuals in the last few weeks. Some have self-disclosed. The agency has not announced that there have been COVID-19 positive individuals at the site. 2. A family member reported an employee's death from COVID-19. 3. The agency tells staff not to be concerned about rumors of COVID-19 positive individuals. Random testing is done without providing agency wide notification. 4. An employee was told about testing being done at their normal worksite and when they called their worksite to inquire, staff did report that an individual tested positive at the site. 5.
